A sapling planted in the soil of Sangli, with 35 years of experience, has spread its branches and roots into Pune and Hubli. We have built numerous landmark projects in Residential segments etching a concrete name in the field of property development. With years of glorious track record, the group is attested with tremendous reputation and goodwill because of its transparency in operations and quality of construction and thus striking a perfect harmony with customers by providing them real value for investment.
In 1982, the group was established by Mr. Chidambar Shivanand Kotibhaskar (B.E. Civil, M.E. Structure) & Mr. Dilip Shivanand Kotibhaskar (B.Sc, M.B.A). The successors Mr. Saket Chidambar Kotibhaskar (B.E. Civil) & Mr. Sukrut Dilip Kotibhaskar (B.E. Civil) are now carrying further the philosophy of ‘Once a customer, always a customer,’. The Kotibhaskar Group is synonymous with Trust. Having set a benchmark in the field of development and construction; today, we have over 117 residential, commercial and industrial projects in the region to our credit. We have also established a strong foothold in the redevelopment arena.
